After the site loads, you will be required to enter as a guest, or sign up. Registration canbe done in threeways:

Login via Email: Use this method if you signed up to VIP Spades. Choose “Login”from the welcome screen.There, use your credentials to login.
Enter as guest: Use this method, to visit the site before you register. As a guest,your will have limitedaccess to the site. You get a small amount of starting chips, you can’t play against realplayers, only withbots. You won’t be included in leaderboards, won’t be able to purchase items from the store,view user profiles,or socialize.

How do I play?
Choose a game room from the lobby, depending on your playstyle. You will be queued in ourmatchmaking system.When we find three additional players, we will send you a game invitation.
What are the rules of the game?

How to play the Tournaments?
To open the tournaments lobby, click “Tournaments” from the home screen. Click to choose the type of tournament you want to play. When all players are present, everyone will be paired and the first round will begin.
Why is the “Advanced” room locked ?
You need to be Level 5 to play in this room. You can level up by acquiring points from games.
How can I invite a friend to play with me?
You can create your own game and invite your friends to play withyou. To create a game,click on the “Play with friends” Room and select “Host a game” from the bottom left. Choose the bid, win condition, game mode and shuffling.
When does the game start?
When all 4 players are found, each of them will receive an invitation to join. When all 4players join the game,bets will be taken and the game will begin. Once the game starts, none of the participantsis allowed to quitit.
My game crashed, what should I do?
Use the settings icon on the top right to open the main menu, scroll down and click on the Help button on the bottom. Please describe your issue and send it to an administrator. You can also make a screen shot and send it to [emailprotected].
I did not receive the purchased chips/VIP subscription from the store. What should I do ?
Depending on the payment method used, the transaction could take some time. If you haven’treceived yourchips/VIP in 20 minutes, send us a message at [emailprotected].
I was kicked out of a game. Why ?
The most likely scenario is that you went inactive during the game. When your turn timer runsout and you haven’t
played a card, you will be replaced by a bot. You will receive a message pop-up, statingthat you are inactive.
The game lags, what should I do ?
First of all check your internet connection. You can also go to the Settings in the side menuand modify the “Lowquality Graphics” and “Software rendering”. If the problem persists, contact us at [emailprotected].
The game crashed and I lost my chips! Can you restore my chips?
If the interruption is due to our server or other technical issues on our part, your chipswill be restoredautomatically, and you will be informed with a system notification. If the chips are notreturned, this meansthat the problem is due to problems with your network (slow connection, inactivity, etc.).In such cases no chips are returned.

When you play VIP Spades, you form impressions of other users. If you like how they play, if youfind them cool andenjoy playing with them, like them! Click on a user’s avatar to open their profile andchoose “Like”. The userwill receive a notification and might decide to like you back. The users with most likeswill enter theleaderboards.
