I have cancelled all my advanced orders. That includes HSN QVC and ZULILY owned by the same company. It’s a real shame because I have ordered from QVC and HSN for many many years. I will get my products from other places. I WILL NOT support a company like this.

I am also done with QVC and HSN they hire new young people but get rid of the ones with knowledge and the ones that have been there for years. It’s not cool I am cancelling all my auto ships and I’m done watching them and ordering from them

It was a big mistake to let Dan Hughes, Carolyn Gracie, & Shannon Smith go. The problem is not your hosts but your over priced cheaply made horrible products & the ridiculous return shipping costs. Another issue is the same products over & over. QVCs quality & value of most of your products now is awful & inconvenience rather than convenience & ridiculous costs to return your inferior products. This is your problem not your hosts! You have also hired these new hosts who are awful. Get a clue people & listen to your customers. We make or break you1

Quarte definitely made a big big mistake especially with Shannon. She knew her products and was truthful when presenting them. Guess my shopping days online with HSN & QVC are pretty much over.

They forgot to include Jane Treacy, Shawn Killinger and Amy Stran who are all annoying and silly. Clean house and get rid of more dead wood. Everything on QVC is so repetitive and prices have gone through the roof. Shipping costs and return fees are a disgrace. Don’t blame poor sales. I believe management is the cause. Wake up QVC.

I am not sure why HSN and QVC decided to present with 3 or more hosts. It’s annoying. Please can they jist sell the product. I don’t want to be in watch party. I want hosts to sell, be honest with presentation and product comments. I don’t need an uplift with the girls. Just sell. Please don’t drink during presentations, no one should drink at work. I am now tired of some.hosts talking about how skinny they are. Please just sell. I guess this applies mpre to QVC. Amy is snooty, Shawn is not professional. And when they drink they are annoying! Sorry, I don’t need to hear their personal kids stories and husband talk. Just sell. Sorry for the rant. They let go of two good hosts on HSN and two from QVC. Thry will replace them with younger and thinner hosts, like what happened to Antonnela.

OKAY- so I was thinking about this, they get rid of the older host. “To save $l. SO WHY HAVE TWO HOSTS IN THE EVENING “ an older Jane who is sooooo annoying, and if I hear about her daughter’s one more time!. And the NEW Courtney.
PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY QVC NEEDS TWO HOSTS IN ONE SHOW!

I agree. Why they let Dan Hughes and Carolyn Gracie go was a big mistake. There were other choices and hosts that needed to go before them. Needless to say I won’t be buying anything from QVC anymore not that I bought much, but still. No more. After seeing who they chose to let go from HSN, same thing.

Surprised at Carolyn firing. I won’t miss her, tho. Dan was no great loss as he was lazy and arrogant. The rest no loss either. I think Jane Treacy awful but I guess she is well liked. Her mistakes are legendary and why they keep Shawn is beyond me. HSN is better watching as more affordable and more variety of products. HSN hosts are younger and more fun like Tina and Ty. QVC needed to b shake things up as HSN is better viewing but of course same company.

QVC and HSN
The way you release your host is very traumatic. Many of your viewers have made connections with the host and care about them. We know business is business but there should be some level of human decency and respect for people. They should be celebrated for the years of service to your company and although you make a financial decision to release them, it should be a send off not a kick out.

I’m just sick about this! QVC has gone down the toilet for sure. The new clothes lines they’ve brought in are horrible and too expensive! Carolyn Gracie & Gary Goben made QVC worth watching. Now HSN, what’s up with letting Shannon go???? It’s time to hit up the malls again and eBay!! Glad I just paid off my balance on both cards! Caio QVC & HSN

Wow!! I heard about Shannon, but wanted to see who else got the axe. I am appalled at who they let go! There are newer hosts without established audiences that should have gone first IMO. Big mistake in letting go your well-loved hosts! I think I just made my last order. The prices have gone through the roof across the board. HSN carries a lot of junk (sorry, I said it). I am not only angry but heartbroken. When will these big corporations learn anything?? Farewell QVC and HSN!

It’s Curate. They’ll sink QVC and do the same to HSN unless someone steps in and saves them. I used to love QVC. Now, I rarely order. I thought I had HSN to fall back on. Not anymore, as of today, goodbye.
And to the poster who said that most HSN items can be found locally , not everywhere. Lots of rural places like where I live offer little to choose from. My closet will be shrinking for sure.
